Everyone is building autonomy. Nobody has anywhere to build it.

Testing today is either physically real and far too narrow, or computationally broad and locked inside products priced for ministries. The suppliers who most need the middle have no route to either end.

Airspace is not the scarce thing. What no range gives you is something shooting back, jamming your link, or denying your position. So systems are still being found inadequate, and they are being found inadequate after they are fielded.

Open versus closed

Every environment in this market is somebody's closed platform.

The incumbents build closed platforms. One vendor owns the whole stack, sets its own integration standard and serves one defense complex. A European supplier cannot plug in.

We are the open one. Open interfaces, published protocols, and a customer's own hardware and autonomy running inside our environment rather than ours running inside theirs.

That is not a pricing gap being undercut. It is an entire tier of the European supply chain with nowhere to go, and an open environment is the only thing that serves it.

The environment

You build the world. Then you run your real hardware inside it.

You draw the environment, populate it, and fly against it. Conditions are simulated as live systems, so a jammer is an actor with a position and a footprint, not a flag switched on at minute six.

Then you put your own hardware inside it. A flight controller sits on a bench. Its software believes it is airborne, flying a mission, being hunted. It is not. It reacts to simulated sensors, makes its real decisions, and you watch what it actually does.

The crew

We model the crew, because that is where things break.

Most simulation models platforms. We model the human system operating the platform, because that is where things actually break. Coordination failures, comms discipline and degraded decision-making under pressure are not edge cases in the field. They are the common case, and they are invisible to a simulator that treats a vehicle as one object with a speed and a sensor cone.
