Two kinds of builder. One of them is not a person.
The first builds things. Drone makers, autonomy teams, and beneath them a tier of vendors making flight controllers and power distribution boards whose product is only meaningful in context. They have no validation path today.
The second is not a person. Increasingly the thing that needs to operate inside an environment like this is an autonomy stack, and a customer running many agents pays for the environment the way they pay for compute. Any seat a human holds, an AI can take.
Every integration we absorb makes the next one cheaper.
A customer hands over how their system is built, their manuals and their protocols, and that maps into the environment. Integration cost drops toward zero, and every customer onboarded widens the behavior library that makes the next onboarding faster.
Behavior is grounded in real operational material rather than emerging from machine-learning patterns alone. Published vehicle documentation, freely available, nothing proprietary.
